After 2 years of collectively creating services in 12 communities and supporting over 500 youth across Canada, we have come a long way. We would like to thank all partners who contributed to the success of our project and invite you to this special knowledge translation event.

The Lift/Futur en tête Summit 2023 will provide space for us to reflect on our journeys, share our experiences, and forge a path to implement equitable youth-friendly work and school support programs across the country to help more young people reach new heights.

We will come together to:

  • celebrate our accomplishments
  • share our experiences implementing this program
  • fine-tune our community-driven recommendations
  • confirm priorities for creating and sustaining a scalable, adaptable service model for supporting youth employment and education goals
